Video Troubleshooting Steps

  • Videos supported on the following versions of browsers.

    Troubleshooting for Chrome Browser:

    1. Open Chrome web browser
    2. Click on the Red and White Arrow icon or 3 dots icon on the tool bar to "Customize and Control Google Chrome"
    3. Select "Settings"
    4. Scroll down to the bottom of the page, and click "Show advanced settings"
    5. Under Privacy, click "Content Settings"
    6. Under "Flash", enable the "Ask first(recommended)" button
    7. Under "Allow", Click on "ADD" button and add the IBT website URL - https://ibehavioraltraining.com/
    8. Now click on Add button to save the URL on the opened pop-up
    9. Please make sure all tabs for IBT website are closed, clear the cache memory of your browser.
    10. Then open new tab and try to view the video again.

    Audio Issue on MAC

    Troubleshooting for the Safari Browser :

    1. Open Safari web browser
    2. Click on 'Safari' from tool bar and click on select ‘Preferences’
    3. Click on 'Website' tab from the opened pop-up
    4. Select 'Auto-Play' from the left menu panel
    5. From 'Currently opened websites' panel, select 'Allow All Auto-Play' for the IBT website
    6. Reload the page

    If using a different browser, or the above steps didn't resolve the issue:

    1. Clear the browser cache
      • Windows - Internet Explorer browser: Hold down the Ctrl key, and press F5.
      • Firefox browser: Hold down the Control and Shift keys, and press R.
      • Google Chrome: Go to the Tools menu (the wrench on the upper right of the browser). Click on Clear browsing data. Select the types of data you want to clear.
      • Mac/Apple: Hold down the Apple key and press R or Hold down the Command key and press R
    2. Retry playing the video

    Still not fixed?

    1. Try another browser.
    2. Retry playing the video

    Still Not fixed?

    1. Download the latest version of flash:http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
    2. Restart browser
    3. Retry playing the video
